A bit clumpy and crumbles at the end of the day

Very disappointing

My Mascara is gluggy from day one and clumps my eye lashes together making it difficult to separate them once it goes on and litters my cheeks with dry clumps when I apply it. The packaging is beautiful

Love Mitzi Mascara! Glides on easily, non irritating & doesn't clump. Light as a feather - you don't know you're wearing it & stays put all day. Dispenser is easy to grasp & looks great! Mitzi Mascara

Unfortunately this mascara is a disappointment. It does deliver long lashes but I get panda eyes every time I put it on. I have gone back to my tube mascara.

Hi Vanessa, our Mitzi Mascara is designed to be super long-lasting even through sun, sweat, and exercise. Do you use any oil based skincare or makeup around your eyes before applying? Sometimes oils or creams can transfer onto the lashes and affect how the mascara wears, which may be causing the smudging. I apply mine in the morning and it lasts all day with no smudging at all x
